The Application ("Application") by a hotel property (the "Hotel") to be featured as one of the hotel selections of TabletHotels.com & Guide.Michelin.com is subject to review by the MICHELIN Guide / Tablet Hotels ("Hotel Inspector Team") and the following Terms and Conditions:

REVIEW PROCESS: Each Application is individual, for only one hotel property. No group or chain Application is accepted.; Prior to a decision being reached by our Hotel Inspector Team, any stay at your property by a correspondent or an employee of the MICHELIN Guide / Tablet Hotels will be anonymous and paying.; Our inspectors are constantly traveling worldwide, continuously adding hotels and removing ones that fall below our standards. This means the review process may take up to 5 months before you receive a response. Only accepted hotels will be contacted by our Business Development Team.
GOVERNING LAWS: Except as otherwise set forth herein, the Application is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Hotel agrees to also be bound to the terms and conditions of use of the MICHELIN Guide / Tablet Hotels websites which can be found here and here.
